Soltivo – Privacy Policy (Beta)

Effective Date: January 6, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Soltivo ("Soltivo," "we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the Soltivo website, application, and related features (collectively, the "Services") during the beta testing period.

Soltivo is an experimental, non-custodial software interface that enables users to interact with blockchain-based smart contracts. We do not custody funds, control wallets, or act as an intermediary in transactions.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Beta Status and Nature of the Technology

Soltivo is currently offered on a beta / trial basis for testing and evaluation purposes.

The Services may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, and may be migrated to a formally incorporated entity in the future. Certain features, including payment-related functionality, may change or may not be available in future versions of the Services.

Use of the Services during the beta period is entirely optional and provided without any guarantee of continuity or future availability.

Transactions initiated through Soltivo are executed on public blockchain networks via smart contracts. Once confirmed on-chain, transactions are final and irreversible.

3. The Nature of Blockchain Data

Blockchain networks are public and decentralized ledgers.

As a result:

  • Your public wallet address,
  • Transaction hashes,
  • Transaction amounts,
  • Timestamps,
  • Token balances,

are publicly accessible on the blockchain and cannot be deleted, modified, or hidden by Soltivo or any third party.

Soltivo may read and process this public blockchain data to display transaction information and enable core functionality, but we do not control the underlying blockchain data.

4. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Services.

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

  • Contact information (optional): such as email address or other identifiers if you contact us for support, provide feedback, or communicate with us.
  • Support communications: content you provide when submitting inquiries, bug reports, or feedback.

Providing this information is optional.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Blockchain data: public wallet addresses and transaction data that are visible on the blockchain.
  • Usage data: information about how you interact with the Services, such as pages viewed, features used, access times, app version, device type, operating system, IP address, and crash logs.
  • Technical and security data: limited information used for analytics, debugging, fraud prevention, and system security.

We strive to minimize the collection of personally identifiable information through automated means.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Services;
  • Display blockchain transaction data and activity;
  • Test and improve smart contract logic, fee mechanics, and system performance;
  • Monitor and improve security;
  • Respond to support requests and communications;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

A. Public Blockchain Disclosure

Blockchain data (such as wallet addresses and transaction history) is inherently public and accessible to anyone. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology and not a disclosure by Soltivo.

B. Merchants and Transaction Counterparties

When you initiate a payment to a merchant or third party:

  • Your public wallet address,
  • Transaction details,

may be visible to or shared with the merchant or recipient as part of the transaction flow.

Merchants are independent third parties and are responsible for their own privacy practices.

C. Service Providers

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers that assist us with:

  • Infrastructure hosting,
  • Analytics,
  • Debugging,
  • Customer support,
  • Security monitoring.

These providers are required to use the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

D. Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Soltivo, users, or the public.

E. Business Transitions

If Soltivo undergoes a restructuring, incorporation, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

However:

  • No system is completely secure,
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible,
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys.

Soltivo never has access to your private keys.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the Services,
  • Fulfill the purposes described in this Policy,
  • Comply with legal obligations,
  • Resolve disputes.

Blockchain data is permanent and outside of our control.

9. Your Privacy Choices

  • You may choose not to provide optional personal information.
  • You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control, subject to applicable laws.
  • We cannot modify or delete data recorded on public blockchains.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to third-party services such as blockchain explorers, wallets, or merchant websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective privacy policies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
