Soltivo – Terms of Payment (Beta)

These Terms of Payment govern payments initiated through the Soltivo software during the beta period.

Nature of the Payment Service

Soltivo provides a non-custodial software interface that allows users to initiate payments directly on blockchain networks via smart contracts. Soltivo does not hold, control, or custody user funds and does not act as a bank, payment processor, escrow, or financial intermediary.

Relationship with Merchants

Merchants that accept payments through Soltivo are independent third parties and are Soltivo's customers. Users acknowledge that Soltivo is not a party to any transaction between a user and a merchant.

Any issues related to goods or services, including pricing, delivery, quality, warranties, refunds, or disputes, must be resolved directly between the user and the merchant.

Finality of Payments

All payments initiated through Soltivo are executed on-chain and are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

Soltivo cannot:

• reverse transactions,
• issue refunds,
• process chargebacks,
• cancel or modify completed payments.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming a payment.

Fees

During the beta period, an experimental fee may apply to certain transactions and is automatically executed via smart contracts. Applicable fees are disclosed prior to payment and are non-refundable.

Blockchain network fees ("gas fees") are determined by the underlying network and are not controlled by Soltivo.

User Responsibility

By initiating a payment, the user confirms that:

• the payment is authorized and intentional,
• the wallet used is under the user's control,
• the payment is made for lawful purposes,
• they understand the final and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

Privacy and Data

Wallet addresses and transaction data are public by nature on blockchain networks. Limited transaction-related information may be shared with the receiving merchant as necessary to complete the payment. Personal data, if any, is handled in accordance with Soltivo's Privacy Policy.

Beta Status

Payments are provided as part of an experimental beta program. Functionality may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soltivo shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• disputes between users and merchants,
• user errors,
• blockchain network failures,
• irreversible or incorrect transactions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Payment are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
